Please refer to the shipping price at the top of this listing, shipping fees vary across the board on all our items. The prices are for our standard delivery service which is within 1-2 working days. Deliveries are usually made between 9am – 4pm Monday- Friday. No time can be specified and a signature is required on receipt. Goods can be left on your property without a signature; however this is at your own risk. This price does not include Saturday delivery – if you require Saturday delivery please call us and we can quote you for the additional cost. Orders taken by 3pm on any working day can usually be dispatched the same day for the next working day delivery at no extra cost. When will my order be delivered? 95% of orders taken by 3pm are dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery (This time may drop in our busy periods, mid summer & December). My goods have not arrived If your goods have not arrived within 2 working days of receiving notification of them being dispatched or you have not had any information regarding the status of your order then contact us via email, however if possible we strongly advise you to phone us since during busy times we can have a backlog of emails. I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do? It’s ok to change your mind. A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty, If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
